Hello, my name is Lauren James and I run Chapter Two Photography - a luxury studio that specialises in newborn photography, maternity shoots and cake smashes. 

 

As a mum myself, I know how important and special those early days are - yet also fleeting. It’s my mission to help you cherish and celebrate your most precious moments and important milestones - and I go above and beyond to ensure you and your baby will instantly feel right at home.

What to expect

Every aspect of my Cheshire photography studio has been carefully set up for comfort. Think plush throws, soft furniture, calming colours, natural light and aromatherapeutic essential oils - all of which provide a happy and relaxing ambience. Oh, and crucially, good coffee! Practicalities are taken care of too. If baby needs changing or feeding, that’s fine. Same if toddlers need to take a break, or mum needs to sit quietly for a minute. 

 

Here, parents can relax, and babies can be settled, so together we can capture those smiles, those looks of wonder, and those first inklings of character. Quite simply, we catch those all-too-fleeting yet oh-so-precious moments and create treasured memories to last forever.

My studio is nestled in a quiet part of leafy Wilmslow in East Cheshire, just minutes from the A34 bypass and the motorway. Easy to reach, and with space to park, my clients come from Cheadle, Stockport, Manchester and throughout Cheshire and the North West, not just Wilmslow and Alderley Edge.
